It’s 5:51, February 5th, 2026. I am petrified and a little cold. I have a date in approximately 40 or so minutes. The nerves weren’t on before, but now I’m terrified. I think I should be fine, our conversations have been so easy the past 2/3 weeks. Genuinely I need to be myself because that seems to be what she’s really fucking with. I just need to keep on top of my IRL shit, à la, eye contact and actually speaking. Texting is easy, there’s very little at stake. God I can feel my heartbeat. If I were to grab the car door, I’d feel the whole thing shake. Wish me luck.

It went well!! I was so awkward the enitre time but I can forgive myself. This is our first time meeting in person. I really like her. So much so that I asked her out again as soon as I got home. She wants to see me too. I think we'll try for Sunday?
