August 19th - 21st, 2026 - Generational Mid/Late Week / 6 Months Anniversary

August 19th, 2026 - 6 Months

The morning started at Denny's. Not unlike my birthday we tried to get Tania her free meal a day of but big corpo wouldn't allow it. No matter, we enjoyed our breakfast and were overjoyed to hear that Raj is officially finished school! Something I am immensely proud of!

After brunch we took a short reprieve at her home before heading to the sunflower field. Waow!! It was so nice, I find it difficult to write about it so please enjoy the pictures on my Insta. We had a great time. The place was gorgeous and it was a lot of fun to roam the field of flowers up and down. We picked enough flower to fit into our vase and then dropped our vase while we enjoyed different flavoured lemonades. We picked fresh flowers and went home. We dropped off the Sunflowers at her place and then headed to The Keg.

Despite it's price I liked the meal a lot. I can't recall the last time I had lobster and so it was certainly a treat. Tania had never seen someone eat lobster before and she was enthralled. The turf part of my meal was mid. Desert overfilled my stomach and it was a miracle Tania and I made it home.

I love you so much mi amor! Happy 6 months!!!

August 20th, 2026 - your name

Work was fine, I wished Raj a happy birthday but my day didn't really start until after work. Drez and I hit up a comic shop in Hamilton and then a mall before we rushed our asses to the theatre where Uncle Roy was waiting for us. We watched "Your Name" and oh my god. I cannot believe I never saw this. What a magical movie, magical experience, magical night out with my friends. I was so excited to tell Tania about it, to ask her if she wanted to watch it. She was not enthused with the information. She had texted me while I was sat at D Spot with Roy and Drez and was appalled that I hadn't even considered asking her. Which in hindsight is very obvious but at the time I was thinking about our hard stop on Apoth Diaries and her dislike for Steel Ball Run. One of her friends told her to "blow my shii smoov off". Which I thought was funny. I lamented that I was spending Raj's day without him. Beyond that I had a really great night.

August 21st, 2026 - Tania's Birthday Party

The whole day I was looking forward to getting home and enjoying my time with Tania. Especially since I didn't get her yesterday and I wouldn't have her tomorrow. The work day was nothing memorable but the drive to Brampton? Forever in my head, I MISSED THE FUCKING EXIT AND GOT STUCK IN 6 DIFFERENT TRAFFICS AND I WAS HALFWAY TO FOCH WHEN I HAD TO TURN AROUND AND AND AND-

I made to Tania's a little late, BUT! It was just me, Tania and Hafsah. I like Hafsah!! :D Genuinely so much fun to be around and also I think I've been around them enough that I have some rapport!! The rest of the party guests came as time went on. We sat in the bbbackyard chatting and playing Werewolf, eating and enjoying the night. It is so strange that Tania's group is consisted of so many different parts of her life that all have different people. They all have a throughline through her and some with each other but compared to my messy webb of a friendship with my group it is so alien to have so many different groups. I like it though! My baby is loved by so many. I had a great time, I hope she did too! We cleaned up and then went to bed.

Raj's bday was cancelled over personal reasons.
