August 22nd -29th, 2026 - Wonderland and Martin's Sleepover

August 22nd, 2026

Raj's birthday was canceled and so it was a somber quiet Saturday. I watched Bleach, did some laundry and did some figure shopping.

August 23rd, 2026

I have been trying to get my girlfriend and my cousin to meet for some time now. I finally have both of their schedules lined up so that we might go to Wonderland together, the whole family! We picked Nene up from McDonalds where I would eat a breakfast I did not know was a mistake until later.

We got into the park through the employee enterance and bypassed paid parking accidentally. When we met up with the Segovia's Logan spear headed the roller coaster initiative. The first roller coaster would be my second mistake. The new ride only made us wait 10 minutes to get on thanks to the rain. I had Freya for a seat parter. They strapped us in and- the ride was over. The speed in which that ride went was thrilling, the ups, downs, lefts, rights and everything else however, was sickening. I got off that ride feeling like I was inside out. We only hit another three rides and I was feeling the mode. I just needed to make it to Behemoth. We hit that monster three times, and by the 2nd go around I knew I was pushing it. I got off the third time and I was done. Defeated and killed.

Tania and I spent the rest of Wonderland playing Eucher with Tito Arni and Arman. My breakfast made a second appearance and it was a inclement weather kind of day for the next few hours. I felt bad. I took Tania here just so she could babysit me.

We went to Tita Neysa Mae after and Tania got to play with the three boys.

August 24th, 2026

It was a busy day running errands after work. I wasn't supposed to see Tania that night but she appreciated me coming over anyway.

August 25th, 2026

After the non stop motion it was nice to have a chill day in. The Titos came over and we met for sushi beside our place. Tania met us there and took me and Freya home. We watched the first episode of Lanterns!!! AGHHHHHH PEAK PEAK PEAK

August 26th, 2026

Wonderland after work. Crazy busy, we went thinking we wanted to come. I was under the notion that she wanted to come, she was under the notion that I wanted to come. We enjoyed it nonetheless. Freya had the best time of us all.

August 28th, 2026

Work was shit but I managed to apply to Firefighters Academy. After work, Tania and I met up with Drez and Morgan for Tim Hortons Harry Potter trivia. Crazy collab, the night was fun. Genuinely really fun. I've never done trivia, I find it too nerve wracking but I had such a great time just being among friends playing games. When we got home we finished Salaam Namaste.

August 29th, 2026 - Martin’s sleepover

I can't recall what for but I remember we pulled up late. Ryan helped me set up my computer and we settled in for the next few hours. Tania watched us play "How to fish" for an hour or so before she headed out. We finished the game. Ho-ly shit. I forgot how much fun video games are!!! "Friend slop" as a genre gotta be one of my favourite genders.

We started playing "Shift at Midnight" before we took a break to eat. Then it was straight back to the grind. We finished that up and then jumped into Palworld after a short reprieve with an XBOX D&D game. I have never experienced how hard old D&D was. I was expecting to respawn when my character died. This world is not so forgiving. My elf perished and she was not coming back. Palworld was a weird game, fun, weird.

It was a great night.
