June 15th, 2025 - Crying Over It All

Bro what the fuck???? Did yall read Yesterdays post??? Who was that??? I got party Dyl on Friday and Dylpression on Saturday? Wack af.

The weekend is over now. I’m typing this in my car at home, I’ve been in the driveway for 30 minutes. I got a text from my boss today asking for the pictures I was supposed to take on Friday. I forgot, I am a foolish, foolish man.

I remember getting to the hotel after the party and I was sober enough to hold a decent conversation, articulate my words. I drank 4 litres of water with however much alcohol I had. But I was too tired to party. A shame really because I wanted to talk to people, to mingle.

But that’s what today was! I had such a fun time with Roy’s friends, who’re now!!! My!!! Acquaintances!!! Yahoo! I got my stuff packed up in the morning and then we had brunch in our hotel room with our friends. From there we went on a hike which had the most beautiful trek and view of the Georgian Bay. Roy and I raced up a hill- dude, I had such an amazing time today. If this is life I’m so happy to be alive.

We took a gondola down which was cool, then we split into two groups. I went with Lydia, Pipers, and Jojo. We went Tree Trekking! It’s like a parkour course in the trees, I had never gone before but I think they had all done it once or twice. I had found it difficult to socialize but I think all of us doing the same activity solving the problems together really pushed me to bond. I am so thankful to talk to people who-! OH OH! They’re so kind, I love them so much, they gave me a Choso Keychain. I cherish it so much you don’t understand. It was so thoughtful, they thanked me for cooking but I couldn’t be more grateful that they had me over. It means the world and so so so much more. Thank you to Don, Lydia, Pipers, Jojo, Sam and in a lesser but still meaningful way, Chantelle, Sean, Mitsu and Johnny, and I guess Roy. This has been a weekend I hope stays with me forever.

Where was I? Oh! Yea tree trekking, very fun. After that we ate some ice cream and then it was time to go. Here we are. At home.
