July 18th, 2025 - Brain Dead // Good Session

BRAAIIINNN. Sleepy, so much so in fact that I took almost an hour nap at work. I hadn’t realized just how heavy my sleep deprivation was until I woke up 40 minutes later lying on a couch.

The day past easily otherwise. I felt I didnt really pull my weight but in retrospect to the week, I have had four of the five days done long before service I think I can take my lil naps.

With work over I could head home and relax. I continued relaxing, dangerously into my writing time. I banged out a decent recap and napped, and I napped, and I napped. It was 9:30 before I jumped to my computer, I knew Nico and Tito Arman would be late but I felt bad to make Tito Phil wait.

The session ran well! We obviously didn’t have much time to do too much but the party managed to squeeze every last drop of play from what we did have. They plowed through the Chuuls aboard the Briar, Kawai sieged through wave after wave after tenuous, tumultuous, turbulent, tempests. Finally the party reached Skyhorn lighthouse a familiar sight, they took to the unfamiliar murky depths beneath the island and found the sunken ship Argos spoke about. They fought some Thralls and now the party are the proud owners of a Lobster Submarine. Good session I think, even if combat was a little- slow.

I stayed up late, God only knows doing what. I want to play Exp33 but my brain needs to be on for that. I think I played Lego Fortnite, it hit 2 am and I fell asleep.
